cant sync my htc touch pro 2 with pc

    Hi,

    1.       What happens when you try syncing the phone?

    2.       Do you get any error message?

    3.       Have you installed the HTC sync software?

    You may perform the steps on the mobile and check.

    a) Open the "ActiveSync" application on the phone.

    b) Click "Menu" at the bottom of the screen.

    c) Click "Connections".

    d) CHECK the checkbox labeled "Synchronize all PCs using this connection" (When cradled).

    e) Select USB in the dropdown.

    f) Press OK.

    g) Reconnect to your computer.

    I would suggest you to download the latest version of HTC sync software and check if you are able to sync.
