My lenovo laptop was recently upgraded from the 32bit to the 64bit Windows 7 OS - before the upgrade my Plantronics Explorer 233 worked fine - now no bluetooth driver can be found and the headset fails to install. I have contacted Plantronics and they have said - 'it's not their problem' - What do I try next since the device will simply not install - and I use it frequently for both Skype and Dragon Naturally Speaking?
