Save yourself the time and aggravation.

Contact your computer manufacturer and ask for a set of Recovery disks. The cost of the set is small and it is vital for your computer, with situation like the one you are now facing.

Recovery disks will help you restore your system.

The only downside is.... you'll lose all your files and folders and all programs you have installed.

Recovery disks will restore your computer to " factory settings " ( fresh out from the box state).

While talking to your computer manufacturer person, ask for a technician. Ask the tech to teach you how to use the recovery disks.

Thanks you, i try your first method but i cant get it into safe mode, i get into Windows Boot Manager and i can chose Microsoft Windows VIsta or the Tool Windows Memory Diagnostic.

When i highlight Microsoft Windows Vista a message appears:

"To specify an advanced option for this choice press F8"

    F8 is pressed.

    Windows is loading files.

And it start over again :(

I also tryied to press F8 before the Windows logo. Nothing happend.

    What should i do?

    Hi,

    Method 1:

    Step 1:

I would suggest you to check in safe mode.

Start your computer in safe mode

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

    Step 2:

If you are able to boot your computer in safe mode, I would suggest you to perform clean boot and check.

Place the computer in a clean boot state and then check if it helps. You can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

To set the computer in clean boot, follow the steps from the link: How to perform a clean boot

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

**Note:**After checking in clean boot, follow step: 7 from the article to reset the computer to normal boot.

    Method 2:

If the above doesn’t work, I would suggest you to refer the link and check.

What to do if Windows won't start correctly

    Method 3:

If the issue still persists, I would suggest you to refer the link and check.
