"the procedure entry point OpenVxDHandle could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

My computer was working fine, now I keep getting this message & no matter what I try I can't seem to fix the problem.

 If anyone knows how to fix this please help?

    Hi,

    1. When do you get this error message? Is this error occurs when you launch a specific program or randomly?
    2. What are the steps that you have tried to fix the issue?
    3. Have you installed any recent hardware or software prior to the issue?
    4. Are you able to boot the computer to desktop?

    Method 1:

    Step 1: Safe mode

    Boot your computer in safe mode and check for the issue.

    Step 2: Clean boot

    If you do not face the issue in safe mode, then put your computer in clean boot and check for the issue.

    Note: Once you are done with clean boot, please follow step 7 in the article to put your computer back to normal startup.
