    ·         Are you using Laptop or Desktop computer?

    ·         What is the make and model of the computer?

    ·         When exactly do you get this pop up message?

    ·         Are you trying to shutdown the Monitor or computer?

    ·         Were there any recent changes made on the computer prior to the issue?

    im using a desktop. it is a hp---hp w1907. the message pops up all the time even now i have to wait a few sec. for it to go away then i can type more. it doesnt matter where i am or what im doing it happens all the time. i am able to shut down my monitor and computer but when it boots back up it still happens. no recent changes thats why i thought it was a virus but i have but my anti-virus said no virus found. the only thing it started to do about a month ago is on my monitor there is a menu button that you can push to make changes to the color, volume, brightness,ect the volume button keep poping up. but that went away for about a week and now i got this. i can still type when it pops up and it will show up once that screen goes away. i even went into task manager to cancel it but it doent show that anything is running, and it even poped up during that.
