IGT Cleopatra slot game crashes with the error “program has stopped working….”.

I have installed the IGT cleopatra slot game, and upon opening the game, I immedicately get the message that the program has stopped working, and windows is trying to find a solution. It cannot find a solution and it asks me to close the window. I have disabled my Norton Security while I installed it, and no success. The screen it show while opening is distorted and blurry. I have tried the trouble shooting program, and it recommended that I go and ask others. Anyone have any ideas?  Thanks, Ramona

    1.      Are you facing this issue with only IGT Slots games or with all online games?

    2.      Is this the first time that you are trying to run the game?

    3.      Were you able to play this game earlier? If “Yes”, have you made any recent hardware or software changes to the computer prior to this issue?

    4.      What is the make and model of computer manufacturer?
