my windows xp is on internet but wont connect to server. Keep getting error 102 sever refused connection

    How many PC's are on the network? Is your computer set to receive the IP via DHCP?

    1. the browsers will not connect to any websites.
    2. sorry meant websites.
    3. I am connected to a wireless router,

    Its says Im on the internet, connected, but none or the browsers will connect to a web page. Thats when it come up error 102 server refused the connection. There is also an IP address conflict, could that be the problem? Any how can I changed to different IP address?

    Hi,

    1. when I try to load up a web page. I can down load from other programs but wont open servers.
    2. I have tried Google Chrome, Mizolla Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
    3. It is wireless internet

    4.No wasnt working on any of them cause it wont connect,

    1. Not that I can think of. I have recently just downloaded and started using the Google Chrome

    2. Which server are you referring to?
    3. Is the computer connected to a server or domain?
    4. Were you working on Internet Explorer to browse the internet when you got this error?
    5. Have you made any software or hardware changes to the computer prior to this issue?
