Error “unable to find splash resources” when launching the game Age of Mythology

Original Title: Error: Unable to find splash resource AoM

I have just installed Age of Mythology in Windows 7. And when i try to open i get an error message, unable to find splash resources. What should i do? Please help me.

The game Age of Mythology is not compatible with Windows 7.

You may try to uninstall Age of Mythology and install it back in compatibility mode again.
