Disk defragment 1 item found.

Disk cleaner 47250 items found

Registry defrangment 1 item found.

Registry cleaner 185 items found.

then it proceeds but at the end it show no cleaning was  done no problem found but it does not clean disk and the same information is shown on every run...where as other programs like system care(one click care) run perfectly the only problem is with system tune up. I have reinstalled this software 2 to 3 times but not resolved.

Whoes 'System Care/Tune up' are you using? If its a third part 'SpeedUpMyPc' type optimiser utility uninstall it before it trashs your system.

Also Uninstall 'system care(one click care)' before likewise it trashs your system.

Having done that try running Vaio Care, if it doesnt run then likely those third party utilities have damaged your system files and the registry
