Hi folks,

I need your help.
I got an original Win 7 HP I bought when I bought my Asus laptop.
I need to reinstall the Windows but my drive is broken.
I decided to download the ISO from here (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7) with my original key of Win 7 but they reject the request.

I tried to re-input the key here (Control Panel\System and Security\System) and suddenly my desktop go black and there is watermark "This copy of Windows is not genuine".

I tried to use phone activation but it didn't success.

I tried to run MGADiag and here is the result:

    @Julius Singowirejo
    Hi,
    A recent update to the Microsoft Activation and Validation unintentionally caused a "not genuine" error on volume-licensed Windows 7 clients that had KB971033 installed.
    We strongly recommend that you uninstall KB971033 from all volume-licensed Windows 7-based devices.
    You may refer to the following link:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/deployment/activation-failures-not-genuine-notifications-volume-licensed-kms-client
    Also, Windows 7 reached end of Extended Support on 14 Jan 2020.
    After that, technical assistance and software updates from Windows Update that help protect your PC will no longer be available for the product. I strongly recommends that you move to Windows 10 to avoid a situation where you need service or support that is no longer available.

    Hope above information can help you.
