How do I send photos from Windows to a mobile phone?

PLEASE HELP!! I want to send photos from my computer to a mobile phone (ANY mobile phone).  I am using Windows XP (desktop) and Windows 7 (laptop).

Hi mylflisky,

The easiest way I've found is to email the pictures to your own email account. Access your email from the cell phone and save/download the pictures. Depending on the phone, if you 'long press' the photo, you will have an option to save/download.

    I want to send photos from my computer to a friend's cell phone.  If I email them, what do I type in the TO: box?  Just entering their phone number doesn't work. How do I obtain the correct cell phone "address" to send the photos to?

    You first have to connect the phone to the computer - either by cable or bluetooth. Then you can transfer photos just like ordinary file transfers.

    You might consider Sky Drive to share your pictures among multiple computers and
