I've read that the Starter Edition cannot be the remote desktop host, but is it OK being the client?

i have the opposite problem my starter edition connects to my windows 7 ultimate but my ultimate cannot connect to the starter please help!
You can NOT use Remote Desktop [RDC] to remotely access/control a Windows 7 Starter edition computer. Look at using TeamViewer as an alternative. You can configure it as a system service so TeamViewer starts as soon as the computer starts and you can also preconfigure a password.
