but I don't have any other PC to check it, and i don't have any keyboard to check it. without it there is any way then tell me.
Wired Keyboard 500 some key not working
sometimes some keys of my pc keyboard not working.
i.e.
Q, O, F, H, K, ] ; & left shift button.
I tried to remove plug n re-insert keyboard plug to CPU but problem not solve.
after that uninstall Keyboard driver n re-install but still problem not solve.
Please help to solve this problem.
I am using Windows XP Professional SP3 32-bit
and please tell me how much year warranty period for Wired Keyboard 500.

Sandeep V gave you what I consider the best suggestions: Try a different keyboard on your computer and try your keyboard on another computer.
I suspect that you will have to replace the keyboard.

2012-10-02T16:46:01+00:00 I would try another keyboard and see if you still have the problem. Installing/uninstalling the driver isn't going to help if it's a hardware problem.

2012-10-02T16:37:17+00:00 I tried this all, I tried to install latest driver bu i have 32-bit operating system and Microsoft site providing 64-bit os driver, i tried to start in safe-mode but problem still not solve.
I don't have any other PC so don't try to plug it in other PC. and this problem is occur only some times. This problem is nt permanent.

- What is the make and model of the Keyboard?
- Did you try a Keyboard in the same computer?
- Did you try this keyboard in another computer?
