Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Did you contact the manufacturer for the support?
Try the methods and check after each method. If the issue persists, contact the manufacturer for further support.
Method 1: Check whether the “Speaker or Volume Icon” is muted (disabled) in Windows Sound Mixer:
Important: While Windows XP only allowed you to change the sound volume level for the entire system, Windows Vista and 7 allow you to change the volume of one program without affecting the volume settings of the others.
If VLC is muted in the “Windows Sound Mixer”, it cannot play audio.
a) Open VLC player.
b) Double-click the speaker icon on the taskbar, and then click "Mixer."
c) Raise the volume slider under "VLC media player". If the red "No" symbol appears next to the speaker icon below the slider, it means that VLC is muted; click the speaker icon to un-mute it or enable the sound.
Method 2: Change the VLC Sound Settings:
a) Make sure that no one has muted VLC itself. If a red "X" appears over the speaker icon in the lower-right corner of the VLC player window, click on it to un-mute VLC.
b) Click the "Audio" menu and hover the mouse over "Audio Track".
c) If a blue dot appears next to "Disable", click on "Track 1" to enable the first audio track.
d) If the media file you're playing contains more than one audio track, try selecting a different track from the "Audio Track" menu.
If the issue persists, contact the manufacturer for further support.
Hope it helps.
