    Hi,

1.Did you make any recent changes to your computer that caused the issue?

2.At which situation do you get the popup?

3.Is it related to any application installed in your computer?

4.Is Microsoft Security Essentials up to date?

In order to assist you more better, post back with more details. In the mean time, lets run a Virus scan using Microsoft Safety scanner:

Run Microsoft Safety Scanner to check any Virus infections:

    Microsoft Safety Scanner

    http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Note: If any infections are detected during the scan, there might be a chance of data loss as the infected files will be deleted.

    Hope it helps.

    · Double click "Add or Remove Programs" from the "Control Panel" window.

    · Click on "the product", then click "Remove/Uninstall."

    · Click "Yes" to confirm the uninstallation

    Thanks,

    Nancy
