    1. Restore the computer to a previous date in Normal Mode by clicking Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore > Click on ‘Restore my computer to a previous time’ > Pick a date from the calendar that you wish to go back to. Follow the prompts/messages and the computer will eventually restart.
    2. Restore it using Safe Mode, by restarting the computer and start tapping the F8 key, select the Safe Mode with Command Prompt option. If you are asked to select an operating system, use the arrow keys to select the correct one and press Enter. Log on as an administrator or with an account that has administrator credentials. At the command prompt, type %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe and then press Enter. Follow the prompts to restore.

What XP program? Or do you mean Windows XP?

and I need to restore system where do i go?

See the other replies you've gotten, but let me ask why you need to
use System Restore. Many people don't understand what it does, and use
    it for poor reasons.

The replies from Burr Walnut and Anil Kumar literally answer your question ... but I suspect that System Restore doesn't do what you think it does.  If you explain your problem in some detail, you might be able to get some useful assistance.

Also note that if you use System Restore in Safe Mode, there is no option to "Undo" the restore.
