I wouldnt use programs like that esp if youre going to use the registry cleaner. Some of these programs can make windows unusable

I am trying to download the Avanquest Fix-It Utilities Pro System Suite PC Tune-Up Repair on my computer which runs on Windows XP, but for some reason, it just stopped loading, and I cannot locate it on my computer anywhere? Does anyone have any tips?
