I am unable to configure the Vantec NBA-200U External Sound Card on my computer.

I can't get surround sound to work with this sound card. I have a 5.1 logitech speaker set hooked up (via the green, black and orange connectors for 5.1 audio).  In the sound panel in windows 7 (64bit), in the playback tab, I see the USB sound device speakers. When I configure the speakers and test from the speaker setup panel I can hear sound from the correct speaker when testing each. BUT when I play music I can only hear sound from the front L R speakers (stereo).

Side note: When I plug in the external sound card Windows automatically installs the driver. If I install the driver from cd as well I get an additional device in the Windows sound panel in the playback tab. This device cannot be configured. But when it is installed and I try to configure the speakers and test (same as above) I can only get stereo sound.

Anybody out there have any ideas?
