can i change a photo from horizontal to vertical

is it possible to change my photo from horizontal to vertical, keeping picture the same

I'm just guessing you are not trying to Rotate the photo but to

change it from Landscape Orientation to Portrait Orientation?

In order to accomplish this task without distorting the image

you would have to Crop out a section in the Orientation you

require.

In going from Landscape to Portrait...you will lose a portion

of the image on the left, right or both edges depending on

how you set the Crop Tool.

This is a landscape 4:3 aspect ratio photo being cropped to

portrait 4:3 aspect ratio. The selection frame can slide right

or left but the dark area will be lost.
