There is a newer version of NetExtender that installs on 8 fine. I have 6.0.181 installed. You can get it from your MySonicwall.com account or it comes inside the latest SonicOS firmware.

Have not found any real help online with this issue so maybe someone here can help.
So I use SonicWALL SSL-VPN NetExtender for work, and it worked perfectly fine in Windows 7. Anyways when trying to install it in Windows 8 it simply does not work says that a "damaged version NetExtender was detected on your computer, please reinstall NetExtender to fix the problem!" to which I have tried doing just that. I have tried putting it in compatibility mode for windows 7 and run as admin and made sure to start the remote access connection manager in services.
I noticed on the device manager that I have 6 unknown devices that are all listed as "sonicwallnxdrv" and I unable to get anything either online or by trying to point it to the install folder to recognize the drivers.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated and I use SonicWALL SSL-VPN NetExtender version 4.0.131 if that is helpful at all.
Thank you.

Thank you I will try my questions there.
As an update I was able to at least get SonicWALL NetExtender to at least allow me to log in with my information and such but no routes are listed so I am still basically able to do nothing.
For anyone else who was curious how I got SonicWALL to at least start without saying it was a damaged copy and to reinstall. If you go to metro type advanced startup options (it searches apps by default so you will need to select settings on the right side of the screen) then reboot into the advanced startup options and there is an option to turn off requirement for digital signatures on drivers. I turned that off and then rebooted and that at least stopped SonicWALL from saying that it was damaged and corrupted. Also have to make sure remote access connection service is started.
