    I have the solution...

    The WinXP Driver (32bit) worked for me.

    Just start the "Setup.exe" as Admin and in compatible mode for "WinXP SP3"! :D

    My System is Win8 64bit ;)

    I have the same problem with exact the same error. Did you find the driver for win8?

    Got a phone call from Targa the supplier and there will be no updated driver because the webcam is quite old   So I threw it away

    yes but no solution, when i try to install driver i get Error E000024B
