It's hard for me to see that pressing CTRL+C or CTRL+V is more difficult or more likely to cause RSI than pressing a single key, but if you install an app like AutoHotKey or even Microsoft's IntelliType, you can write a macro that will do what you want with a single keypress. If your keyboard has left and right CTRL and ALT keys, you could make one set into Copy and Paste keys.
I'm not sure what you mean by the "Stop" and "Refresh" keys, unless you're referring to ESC and F5.
