Unable to install drivers for Fujitsu FI-60F Scanner

Original Title: Fujitsu FI-60F

I could not install the program or drivers required for the Fujitsu FI-60F. I followed all instructions on the Fujitsu site, itself. Can anyone help? Has anyone had this experience before? I do not have the setup disc that came with the scanner, but its drivers & software is readily available on Fujitsu's site.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, and have attempted many things so far.

Fujitsu's Customer service page seems non-existent; it tells you to go to a local distributor.

    Hi,  

    . What happens when you try to install the drivers?  

    Please follow the methods and check the issue:  

    Method 1:

    I would suggest you to perform a Clean Boot to prevent any conflicting third party applications from interfering with your computer.

    To place the computer in a Clean Boot state, you need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below and check the issue.

    How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7: ****http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

    Note: You need to follow Step 7 from the article mentioned above to get the computer back to Normal Startup after performing all the steps.

    If the issue still persists, then follow the next method.  

    Method 2:

    Fix problems with programs that can't be installed or uninstalled:http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall
