After using the Microsoft snipping tool on my husband's computer (Vista) I'd like to install it on my HP pavilion with XP. How do I do that? Everything I've found so far on the forum explains how to use the tool, but nothing tells me how to download it on my computer.

I just tested to check. It did not load Conduit on my machine.
