how do I open system configuration

I'm running windows xp (version 2002).  How do I find system configuration?

    There is no "system configuration" in Control Panel (at least on my system).

    There is a System option that will open the System Properties screen.

    If you mean the System Configuration Utility, click Start, Run and in the box enter:

    msconfig

    Click OK to open the System Configuration Utility.

    If you want to see about your current XP setup information, click Start, Run and in the box enter:

    msinfo32

    Click OK to open the System Information applet.

    That is the same thing you will see if you click Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information.

    I have windows 10. I need to find 

    Systems Configuration, then I;M INSTRUCTED TO CLICK TO SELECT the Hide all Microsoft services check box and then click Disable all.  then click OK, then open task manager and cliick disable
