ntoskrnl.exe BSOD with error code 0x0000000A

Original title: ntoskrnl.exe BSOD - on 2 different fresh installs

I just did a new build with a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium and received a BSOD while I slept analyzed the dump file and it points to ntoskrnl.exe . As I stated this is a fresh install and I had the same issue with the last install which is why I started throwing parts at the system to see if it was more of an internal component error. any ideas on how to fix this  without the usual "reinstall" response

The dump file is as follows:

crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\112812-29608-01.dmp

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x705C0)

Bugcheck code: 0xA (0xFFFFFA500015C038, 0x2, 0x1, 0xFFFFF80002ADBFD4)

Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System

company: Microsoft Corporation

description: NT Kernel & System

Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.

The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!KeBugCheckEx+0x0)

Bugcheck code: 0xA (0xFFFFFA500015C038, 0x2, 0x1, 0xFFFFF80002ADBFD4)

These are the two crash dumps received since the reinstall.  Since I started getting these BSOD I have replaced the Memory, Motherboard and processor, video card  ( nvidia and ati) and am really getting frustrated with what seems to be a microsoft problem.

any advice is greatly accepted.

Thanks

Click on Ask a Question at the top of this page and start your own thread. Provide the information detailed below.

Please post a copy of your dumpfile as shared file to your Sky Drive with a link here.

For advice on how to configure your system to create dump files please read:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/254649

The dumpfile will be created at c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to see the file. To show hidden files type Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select View, Advanced Settings and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders" is checked and "Hide protected operating system files" is unchecked. You may need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types" is not checked.

What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model?

Please download and run Driver View and upload a copy of the report it produces to your Sky Drive.

    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html

Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Please upload to your Sky Drive, share with everyone and post a link here. The request for a copy of this file is additional to answering the question about make and model. Failure to deal with both requests will delay finding a solution.

Please say if you need help with using Sky Drive.

I am having a blue screen issue with Ntoskrnl. The system is crashing after going to sleep and will not wake up from sleep if I try to wake it. It seems to have started soon after I put a NAS drive on my system with a new router, but that might be a cooincidence.

Should I copy the output of the .dmp file here?

Will this hotfix solve my problem as well?

so that did not work, I try to run the .exe and it says that it is not for my system.

And why does Microsoft make me input my email to download a fix? sure seems like a extra step that should not have to happen.
