Thank you very much for answering my Question.

    Answer 1

I use Microsoft Security Essential. Anti-Virus and AVG 2012

    Answer 2

the format Windows XP asked is Fat32 for USB.

But to read Flash memory USB driver more than 8GB you must add to your Windows XP. exFat file from Windows Update:-

    WindowsXP-KB955704-x86-ENU

after install the file then reboot the computer, you can read any USB flash-memory driver 16GB, 32GB or Higher

You are running two anti-virus programs? You should never do that.
Doing so will hurt your performance and can cause problems as they
    interfere with each other.

Get rid of one of the two. I recommend keeping Microsoft Security
    Essentials, and uninstalling AVG.

    Hi,

    1. What anti-virus are you using on the XP machine?
    2. What format is their XP NTFS, FAT, or FAT 32?

Some programs may block access to the USB stick.

Provide us with more information to assist you further.
