    Hello,

I've tried the Microsoft Fix it, but it didn't help.

I've also tried to unsinstall Acrobat 9 Pro, but there was also a problem: "windows installer" Impossible to access this package. Please verify that it exists or allowed to access to it. Or verify that this package of windows installer is valid.

    Thanks.

    Vincent

I don't have those keys of method 1 and 2 on my computer. I don't have plus or acrobat reader installed.

I have already tried the second step of method 3, but will post the query in the adobe support.

Meanwhile, if someone has any idea's...

    Thanks.
