Visusalisation des fichiers word Excell PPT ne fonctionne pas dans le volet de visualisation de Explorer Windows 10

Je viens de démarrer mon nouveau PC tout neuf ASUS. Ce PC ASUS était fourni avec Windows 10 installé ainsi que Office 365 préinstallé. Je viens de faire l'installation de Office 2013 Pro, pour lequel j'ai une licence complète. Pour cela j'ai du désinstaller Office 365 qui interdisait l'installation de Office 2013. Depuis, le volet de prévisualisation de tout type de fichiers Office (Word Excell PPT etc...) ne fonctionne plus. J'ai le message d'erreur : "Microsoft Word 15.0 : Dsl... Une erreur s'est produite et Word n'a pas pu démarrer. (24)". L'ouverture de fichiers Word Excell Etc... Fonctionne très bien en double cliquant sur le fichier et word s'ouvre bien en version Office 2013. A noter aussi que la prévisualisation de fichier pdf fonctionne très bien. Le problème se situerait donc au niveau office. Merci d'une réponse ou d'une piste pour résoudre ce problème.

    Could you please describe the detailed error message in English or provide a screenshot of it? As this may help us better troubleshoot your issue.

    If so, is the Office 2013 you installed 32-bit or 64-bit?

    Please make sure to uninstall your Microsoft 365 completely.

    Then you could try the following.
    1.Go to File Explorer in Win 10, and uncheck Preview pane on the View tab to disable automatic preview.

    2.Type run in search bar, and type regedit in it, Enter to open Registry Editor and delete the following registry keys.
    Note: Please back up registry before modifying.

    Microsoft Excel previewer:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID{00020827-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}

    Microsoft PowerPoint previewer:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID{65235197-874B-4A07-BDC5-E65EA825B718}

    Microsoft Word previewer:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID{84F66100-FF7C-4fb4-B0C0-02CD7FB668FE}

    Microsoft Visio previewer:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID{21E17C2F-AD3A-4b89-841F-09CFE02D16B7}

    3.Restart your PC to check this issue.

    If the above doesn't help, you could try to repair Office 2013.

    Thank you very much. You have fully understood and resolved my problem. I deleted the registry keys from Exel, Word and PowerPoint after making a backup. I don't use Visio so I didn't have the matching key. It works perfectly after a reboot.
    For your information, it's a 32 bits version which is installed on my laptop.
