Hi ,

I'm running Office 365 2008 Semi , I see in Outlook user initials are shown as their picture which is fine but I'd like o change the order of these initials so instead of :

Last Name, First Name SJ

to be

FirstName, Last Name JS

I see that I can push a registry key to show initials but I don't know how to specify the order of the initials. please advice.

HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Office\Common\UserInfo.

    @Bonus12
    Do you want to change the order of initials shown on emails?
    I would suggest you go to File > Options > General > Initials, set the initials that you want.

    Then you would find the initials on emails as you set.

    But if you want to change the order for initials on other MS 365 apps, such as Word, Excel, it seems to be impossible currently.
    Here is the similar thread, "Change of initials in Office 365", you may have a look.

    The following image shows the initials on Word which uses another order, but the account is same.

    The image below shows the profile is set for this Microsoft account.

    I am following this, but I'm not sure that I like the answer. What I generally use for my initials is not the same as what is derived from my usual name. Is there any way to accomodate this, prticularly in signing Word documents? (Should I be posting as a separate topic?)

    I use the name "Tony", but when I initial something, it is as "ASB" (for Anthony).

    Thanks in Advance, Tony
