Microsoft solitaire collection beyond broken.

What is it with solitaire that a company your size cannot fix? I have an extremely fast PC yet this game constantly has lagging graphics when trying to move any card, yet my PC runs skyrim, battlefield 3 and black ops 2 all on extreme graphics settings yet it can't cope with a card moving from one position to another? Second problem is on finishing a game (particularly tri towers) the game will freeze and you have to restart it losing your score. On the achievements   page it only shows a greyed out avatar rather than the avatar I set up for windows gaming. Finally, daily challenges that are just dire, if you ever manage to get it to save your progress, which is rarely, it completely wipes your scores every now and then. 

Long story short, this app is hopelessly broken and the worst thing is this is the only game my wife likes to play and gives me peace and quiet while she does so. Basically Microsoft, you've taken away my happy time.

    1 it is the Microsoft solitaire collection as stated. 

    2 it was downloaded from the official store tile.

    1. Microsoft have not answered anyone's issues with this game and has been reported 1000's of times in reviews.
    2. Don't let interns code your games ;)

    You guys are lucky.  At least you can open it.  I a PC and two laptops running Win 10 and the Microsoft Solitaire Collection crashes within seconds of opening every time on each machine.

    Further to Darren Scott's complaint. Same as all of the above. I would also add that the old game allowed every available card to fly up to the ace stacks in one shot, a feature that I loved. I don't appreciate having to place every card on the stack before the game agrees that I've won. Ridiculous!!

    The game is also extremely slow to play. Basically the whole thing sucks.

    Like Darren, downloaded from the Microsoft Store, Klondike is the game.

    Fix it, please.
