Installing bluetooth on XP SP3.When I enter bthprops.cpl on RUN screen as directed and hit OK, RUN screen disappears and nothing else appears.

The bluetooth adapter has no drivers supplied with it.  It is for a Braven speaker.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community. As per the problem description you are unable to install Bluetooth adapter. Provide the following information:

    ·         Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
