You need to find out the limit your ISP sets and also what is the size of the video now.
The easiest thing to do is to upload it to a site like Photobucket, SkyDrive or even You Tube and just e-mail the link.

I took a video and downloaded to library/pictures. I tried to send it as an attachment to an email. It would not let me saying it was over the size limit.
My ? is - how can I edit the video to make it shorter, so I can send as an email.
Or, is there an option I can do to send it as is, by changing a setting.
Note: I am not a techy person, so please explain as if to a 2 yr old
