cannot update from microsoft automatic updates has stopped working
I get an error code 1152 when I try to install Samsung Kies on the computer.
i have tried numerous times to install samsung kies, 1152 error extractingc:\users\mick\appdata\local\temp\a2c3d2f4 kiesmsi.to temp.location can some one please HELP.

2012-12-04T16:39:27+00:00 tried to install samsung allshare ,i get the same error message,cannot install nero, cannot install firmware update from canon.tried to install the media feature pack, from microsoft get the error code 0x8007000d.cannot install direct x.WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MICROSOFT????????

2012-12-03T14:46:41+00:00 all of the error message is there, i have deleted all the temp files on the computer, several times.i have no issues at all installing other programs on the computer.i have made no changes to the computer.the fix it tool does nothing because kies is not listed in the drop down box.

Nowadays, mobile phones can be connected to the computer to share photos, network, videos etc. In your case, you seem to have an issue with installing Samsung Kies on the computer. I understand that it must be frustrating. But, we will proceed together as a team and try to resolve the issue for you.
Please answer the questions-
1) What is the complete error message?
2) Do you have an issue with installing other programs on the computer?
3) Have you made any other changes on the computer prior to the issue?
I would like more information regarding the issue.
Method 1-
I would have you clear the “**Temp”**files on the computer.
Refer the steps-
a) Click on “Start” and select “Run”.
b) Now, type the command “%temp%” (without the quotes) and hit “Enter”.
c) Delete all the files in the “Temp” folder.
Method 2-
