where i can download apps for windows 7 home basic

i just using windows 7 home basic. I didnt use lot of desktop/special applications.

After seeing windows 8, i just wanted to use portable applications. Whether microsoft provides official apps for windows 7 like win 8. or i should go for some sites?

i just referred allmyapps.com by my friend.but allmyapps software doesnt install in my laptop..it always shows error...

    hello Muthiah Prabhakaran and welcome to the Microsoft form.

    in the end it depends on what you want to put on your computer

    ill tell ya what, i got a video that can make your windows 7 contend and quite often beat the appearance of a windows 8 hands down
