Original Title:Adobe experts inform me that I must remove all traces of Windows before installing it again. How do I do this?

I have recently subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud and I have managed to download and install most of the 18 applications except for Premiere  Pro and two others. When I try to run Premiere Pro I receive the error message 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Click ok and close the application.   I have tried to resolve this with Adobe over many, many hours. Eventually they tell me that it is a Windows problem and that I need to completely remove all traces of Windows from my computer before starting afresh and installing it again.  My question is.....How do I do this?  I have a Dell 8100, 64 bit operating system and Windows 8 Pro.  8 Gb RAM. I don't know what else to say.
