Same, I've been purging old text files and every so often I get this error code and cannot continue to send files to the recycle bin. how do I troubleshoot this issue?

The 0x80004001 error is the Hexadecimal format of the error caused. This is common error code format used by windows and other windows compatible software and driver vendors.

0x80004001 Error Codes are caused in one way or another by missconfigured system files in your windows operating system.

I would suggest you check the event viewer.

I have this error every time when I turn on my PC. it says "An error occurred while loading library ATToolsExtHelper.dll"

Error code: 0x80004001

Error message: Not implemented

"It may have been removed. Please reinstall the application. if the problem persists, contact technical support."

But I have downloaded ATToolsExtHelper.dll lots of times and putted in different folders and the error keeps comming up.

whenever I go to download a file I get an error message 0X80004001. How do I fix it. Also I get a message ieFrame.dll missing. The computer does not recognize msconfig when i type it in Run.
