need to install a wireless mouse to Acer Aspire laptop

No make on mouse just "2.4G Wireless Mouse"  any help would be appreciated

    e. Connect the wireless receiver to the USB port on your laptop.

    Thank you for your response.

    It seems that you do not have a CD to install drivers. Based on the situation, I would suggest you to contact the manufacturer of the mouse and install the latest drivers.

    You may also try to install the driver updates and check if it helps.

    Hi - Thank you for your reply, I have Windows 7, but unfortunately do not have a CD for the mouse.

    Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
