My mouse is shaking on the screen. How do I stop it?

When I turned on my computer, the mouse was shaking, such as a person would if they were nervous.  How do I stop this?

Based on the description, it appears that you are having issues with mouse. I will surely help you with this issue.

1)    Have you made any changes on the computer prior to this issue?

2)    What is the make and model of the mouse?

Method 1: I would suggest you to follow the steps to boot the computer in Safe Mode and check if the issue persists.
