WSUS Clients - Registry key resets

Hello,

I've installed a brand new WSUS Server. I Want my clients to check in, so I can see what updates they are missing, but I want to manually install the updates. I'm configuring WSUS on my clients manually, by importing this registery key that I've added below. After that, I stop the wuauserv, I start it again and I do a wuauclt /detectnow. That's Everything I need to do I think?

But now my problem; On my server, I can see the server coming in, but the status is 'Not yet reported'. When I go back to check my registry files on the client, my WUServer is resetted to WUA. So it's not connecting to my Server anymore.. I've tried this on 3 servers, and everytime it resets to WUA.

An old server that was configured before (to an old WSUS server with the same name, so it's connecting again), it's working wel. I Tried to export his registry keys and importing it in the new servers.. no luck. I've checked gpedit, all the windows update policies are set to 'Not Configured', I've tried setting them to 'Disabled', doesn't work.

EDIT: I've tried a GPO that sets the WSUS settings, and I've checked in server manager with GPO's are applied. My WSUS GPO is winning, but the settings aren't set in the registry...

What am I missing, doing wrong?

    I Found it. It was the 'Windows Agent' from N-Central that was resetting the values.

    Added the logfile, you can see the values going to NULL, but why?
