How to troubleshoot and solve blue screen (STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA800BCF4B30, 0xFFFFFA800BCF4E10, 0xFFFFF800031D4460)) issues for new build

I just finished a new build, including Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.  Went through updating all of the drivers, and now I am getting bsods.  Originally I would get them after the system would wake from being in sleep mode, but this morning I received one after starting the computer from shutdown.  They are F4 STOP errors, and I am sure there is a way to fix them, I just need some help on where to start.  After a few restarts to check the BIOS version and what not, the computer would no longer connect to the internet. 

Here is my configuration:

CPU: Intel Core i3-3225 3.3GHz Dual-Core Processor

Motherboard: ASRock H77M Micro ATX  LGA1155 Motherboard

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage: Intel 330 Series 240GB 2.5" Solid State Disk

Case: Fractal Design Arc Mini MicroATX Mini Tower Case

Power Supply: Rosewill Capstone 450W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply 

Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

Other: 2x Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

And here are two of the STOP errors that I have been able to capture so far:

This was my first computer build, and I really enjoyed it right up until the software part; just too many intangible things going on.  Lots to learn and I am excited to do so, but my wife would like a stable computer.

    Hi,

    Yes the SSD could be the issue. Have you tried different cabling? Maybe install Windows on

    another hard drive? 

    MBfilt64.sys as found on the sevenforums post is the creative audio/sound driver.

    Sorry I can't access the minidumps there (and they may not help much anyway - will look

    at them if you can post on SkyDrive, MediaFire, or an accessible site where we don't have

    to join or sign-up for access).

    Hi,

    The F4 Bug_Check is usually hard drive, the cables, and/or hard drive controller related.

    Since it is a new home build remove ALL power - reseat all cards, memory, and cables (on

    both ends  when possible) - actually remove and replace - do not just snug. Ensure the heat

    sink and compound  are correctly placed and that all fans work.

    Check with ASRock Support, their on-line documentation, diagnostics, and ask in their forum

    for known issues.

    We can analyze the minidumps if you make them available from the SkyDrive or other file

    sharing sites (such as MediaFire). If you have problems uploading the minidumps copy

    them to the Desktop or the Documents folder and upload them from there.

    Check and reseat all cards, memory and cables (on both ends when possible) actually

    remove and replace - do not just snug. On a laptop about all you can do is reseat the

    memory and possibly check the contacts/connection to the hard drive. Memory could

    be the problem so  if you have more than 1 stick swap them in and out to see if the

    problem follows one stick or try new memory. Antivirus/anti-spyware/security programs

    have been known to cause or have a role in this issue.

    Most general fix is updating drivers, BIOS, and low level chipset drivers and other control

    software.

    Here are some methods to possibly fix the blue screen issue. If you could give the Blue Screen

    info that would help. Such as the BCC and the other 4 entries on the lower left. And any other

    error information such as STOP codes and info such as IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA and similar messages.

    As examples :

    BCCode: 116

    Many BlueScreens are caused by old or corrupted drivers, especially video drivers however

    there are other causes.

    You can do these in Safe Mode if needed or from Command Prompt from Vista DVD or

    Recovery Options if your system has that installed by the maker.

    The log might give you the answer if there was a corrupted driver. (Does not tell all the possible

    driver issues).

    Also run CheckDisk so we can rule out corruption as much as possible.

    Often updating drivers will help, usually Video, Sound, Network Card  (NIC), WiFi, 3rd party

    I performed some of the your more basic suggestions as I was trying some things out that were suggested in sevenforums.  I did the cabling, but I could do a better more thorough unplug and replug everything.  My SATA ports are so close together that I have a hard time depressing the metal clips to remove them, and I kind of bent one of the ports doing so, so I am hesitant to remove them anymore.  I pulled one of the memory sticks, but performed a Windows memory test on both of them that found nothing.  I removed Norton, as suggested in sevenforums, and that seemed to help, until this morning.  I will work on establishing a file sharing account to upload my dmp files, but for now, if you are willing, they are attached to this post:  http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/273757-bsod-when-waking-sleep-mode-0x80041003.html#post2255688

    I did a lot of investigating yesterday, and thought that maybe my SSD was to blame.  I have the Intel 330, and I found many complaints similar to my issue.  I tried one test where I assigned the letter S to the reserve space found on the boot drive, then did a diskpart, volume check, and they matched.  It may come down to me either buying another, non Sanforce SSD, or a newer HDD (mine are SATA I).  Intel doesn't seem to help regarding SSD issues in their forums, so I really hope I can get this straightened out.  My wife didn't want me to build my own computer in the first place.

    I will work on the other suggestions, listed above, over the weekend.

    Wow, looks like I have lots of work to do.  I hope the answer is in there somewhere.  Thanks for all of the info.  I have one quick response that I can offer while I'm at work.  In my blue screens, I am only getting STOP messages, the two that I listed in my original post; nothing else.  I have pictures on my phone of the two screens, and it only says Technical Information: followed by the STOP messages.

    Hi,

    **References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.**Memory testing methods are in the section following these driver update methods.

    This is my generic how to for proper driver updates :

    This utility makes it easy to see which versions are loaded :

    DriverView - Free - utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your

    system. For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address

    of the driver, description, version, product name, company that created the driver, and

    more.

    For Drivers check System Maker as fallbacks and Device Maker's which are the most

    current. Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - write down the make and

    complete model of your video adapter - double click - Driver's tab - write down the

    version info. Now click UPdate Driver (this may not do anything as MS is far behind

    certifying drivers) - then Right Click - Uninstall - REBOOT this will refresh the driver

    stack.

    Repeat that for Network - Network Card (NIC), Wifi, Sound, Mouse and Keyboard if

    3rd party with their own software and drivers and any other major device drivers

    you have.

    Now go to System Maker's site (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (as rollback) and then

    Device Maker's site (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI as examples) and get their latest

    versions. (Look for BIOS, Chipset and software updates at System Maker's site while

    there.)

    Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - Right Click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT

    after each installation.

    Always check in Device Manager - Drivers tab to be sure the version you are installing

    actually shows up. This is because some drivers rollback before the latest is installed

    (sound drivers particularly do this) so install a driver - reboot - check to be sure it is

    installed and repeat as needed.

    Repeat at Device Makers - BTW at Device Makers DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER -

    check manually by model.

    Manually look at manufacturer's sites for drivers - and Device Maker's sites.

    If you update drivers manually then it is a good idea to disable Driver Installations in

    Windows Updates, this leaves Windows Updates ON however it will not install drivers

    which will usually be older and cause issues. If Updates suggests a new driver then

    HIDE it (Right Click on it) and then go look for new ones manually if you wish.

    Memory tests do not catch all errors such as mismatched memory (possible even

    for sticks that appear to be identical) and when faster memory is placed in system

    behind slower memory. So it is best to also swap sticks in and out to check for

    those even if all memory tests fail to show a problem.

    To test RAM check here - let it run 4+ hours or so.  <-- best method
