uninstalling Samsung software

using XP with service pack 3 I've tried loads of times but  Samsung fne software not fully uninstalled, any ideas ?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reverting back and let us know the status of the issue.

    I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall USB controller drivers and check if it helps.

    Note: Do not uninstall the USB controllers for your mouse and keyboard.

    Follow these steps:

    a. Click Start, right-click on Computer and select Properties.

    b. Go to Device Manager.

    c. Click on View and click on Show Hidden devices. Navigate to Universal Bus Controllers“, right-click on it and choose “Uninstall” for all the USB devices listed there.

    d. After the un-installation, click “Action – Scan for hardware changes”.

    e. Install the device again.

    f. Reboot the computer and test the issue.

    As per the description it looks like you are trying to uninstall Samsung software from Windows XP operating system.

    1. What happens when you try to uninstall, are you getting any error message or error code?
    2. Which Samsung software are you referring to?

    sorry for being exact but get down near bottom of list ie. "Click on View and click on Show Hidden devices.     HOPE THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED VIJIN V, WHEN TRYIN TO UNINSTALL SAMSUNG PC USB DRIVER INSTALLER VERSION 1.00.0000 IN ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMES                                            A BOX APPEARS SAYING. Setup.exe has encountered problems & needs to close when trying to remove Samsun PC Studio 3                       SAMSUNG PC STUDIO 3 VERSION 3.1.2.70704  IS ALSO LISTED AND get following error message. Setup.exe has encountered problems& needs

    to close. I'm not sure if thats some kind of installation programme

    I've deleated because I cant find it in programmes? This txt appears
