Please contact Dell Technical Support http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/ for assistance with this question. If you use the Service Tag number and/or Express Service Code number you should be able to ID your exact computer (at least as it was when purchased).
If you can't find the information yourself, use the other options like Contact Us or the forums or whatever seems most appropriate (as some cost and others take longer and others just guide you).

P.S. If you changed ANYTHING from what was originally installed, let them know since they'll be deciding on the basis of the information they have and will not know what you've done since then (like replaced the hard drive or whatever) which may impact the outcome. If the answer is no, then try to find out what exactly is preventing it as it may be a matter of purchasing one component or far too many - but it's best to know where you stand.
