Run the printer troubleshooter and check if that helps. Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter.
a. Press the ‘**Windows + w’**and type ‘troubleshooting’ in the search and press enter.
b. Click on View all in the left pane.
c. Click on ‘Printer’ and click on ‘next’ to run the troubleshooter.
Method 2:
If the issue still persists, uninstall and reinstall the Dymo Label Writer400 turbo printer drivers in Windows 7 compatibility mode and check if that helps. Follow these to steps:
Step 1:
Uninstall network adapter driver. Follow the steps:
a. Move the mouse to bottom left corner and right-click on the ‘Start icon’.
b. Select ‘device manager’.
c. Expand ‘Printer’ and right-click on
‘printer driver’ and select ‘uninstall’.
Step 2:
Download and install the latest Dymo Label Writer400 turbo printer drivers
in Windows 7 compatibility mode and check if that helps. Follow these steps.
a. Download the LabelWriter 400 Turbo Label Printer driver from the link.
