    Bases on the description it looks like you are trying to install the Scanner Drives for umax astra.

    It would be great if you can reply to this question in order to assist you further.

    What happen when you try to install, are you getting any error message or error code?

    To install and updated software from UMAX. I would suggest you to please view the following UMAX Web site:

    http://www.umax.com

    I would suggest you to check if the drives are compatible with Windows 7.

    Note: If it is not compatible with Windows 7, then try to run in Compatibility mode and check if it helps.
