atleast one recipient is required none were found in VB 2008 exe file.

In my local machine, the VB code works fine with the server details of my environment. Then I just changed the client's server details and I built the code thereby copied the .exe file along with dlls' in the client server machine. While running the file, the following error is displaye. Please help me in overcoming this.
