Case 1:
Mouse, touchpad, and keyboard problems can have a number of causes:
· Cables that aren't connected properly
· Incorrect device settings
· Missing updates
· Corrupted or incompatible drivers
· Hardware problems
At first, you may check the status of the devices by following the steps mentioned below:
a. Click Start, type Device Manager in theStart search box and hit Enter.
b. Locate Mice and other pointing devices and expand the same.
c. Click on Pointing device and check for the status.
Method 1:
To enable touchpad try these steps:
a. Click Start and select Control Panel.
b. Select Mouse.
c. Click Device Settings.
d. Select the touchpad device.
e. Click Enable.
Note: The above steps are generic to any laptop model. Settings may vary for your laptop model.
Method 2:
If enabling touchpad does not help, you may go ahead and uninstall the touchpad drivers and re-install the same again.
To uninstall touchpad drivers,
a. Click Start, type Device Manager in the Start search box and hit Enter.
b. Locate Mice and other pointing devices and expand the same.
c. Right-click the Touchpad driver and select uninstall.
d. Restart the computer, if prompted.

Case 2:
Now for the toolbar issue, if you are using Internet Explorer follow these methods:
Method 1:
If an unwanted toolbar does appear in Internet Explorer, you can disable it using the Add-on Manager. Sometimes, however, the problem may be more persistent. If the problem persists, start Internet Explorer in No Add-ons mode and then use the Add-on Manager to disable all add-ons that you have not intentionally installed.

Method 2:
Most toolbars can be removed via Add or Remove programs.

Method 3:
You may also use the specific toolbar removal tool to uninstall or remove the toolbar from the computer.
