Error: "Connection attempt has timed out, please verify internet connectivity" when try to connect to Cisco AnyConnect 2.5 on Windows 7 x64 computer using HSIA wireless usb modem.

Original Title: Issue with Cisco AnyConnect 2.5 on win 7 x64 when connecting to internet using HSIA usb wireless modem.

I have win 7 x64 enterprize edition on my laptop.

I have issues with Cisco anyconnect VPN client. When I'm on my company network it just works fine.

But when I connect to internet using HSIA wireless usb modem form home, AnyConnect VPN client does not connect. The error I get is "Connection attempt has timed out, please verify internet connectivity".

Please help me resolve this issue asap.

    dont work ---------> Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Reset.

    If you are using active directory, the password user profile should be expired.

    my recommendation is to reset the password, validate that it is unlocked and then log off and log on back again.

    The Control Panel >>Internet option >>>>Advanced >>Reset

    Does not work,

    Steps :

    1 .check if you are getting the internet connection

    1. If yes search for host file in c drive  and  open in notepad , below is the common location.

    C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc.

    1. Delete the complete line with IP address if any for cisco any connect .

    ( e.g.    192.168.0.1 #"Cisco any connect ")

    1. save the file.
    2. Try to connect again.

    Above steps resolve this error for me.
