At step 6, right click the .exe file and click run in compatibility mode.

If nothing works, go to this site and download the Win 7 64bit driver and run in compatibility mode.  You may not have all the functions but at least you should be able to print.

Contact Kodak support they may help you.

I realize that this is an old thread, but I had the same problem trying to reinstall the Kodak Home Center on my laptop just yesterday. I have had the ESP 3 AiO for several years and it has worked fine, but I needed a reinstall due to another hardware change. It seems that there's a remnant from the previous installation that prevents the installer from working. This remnant persists even after performing an uninstall and using the cleaning tool provided by Kodak. Going on a hunch, I used the 'regedit' command to manually remove every key with the word Kodak from my registry. I'm happy to say it worked, but unhappy to tell you that I don't know which was the offending key. It took me about an hour to remove them all.

Got the same message "The Installation was unsuccessful. Install the software again" After running install in windows compatibility mode (windows 7 and Windows XP service Pack 3). I also downloaded win 7 64bit driver and ran in compatibility mode and got same message. I will call Kodak next.

Yes. But I only got to step 6. Then it stated that the install was unsuccessful and to restart the install.
