Anyone please can tell me where to safely download the Ximage so to retrieve my data in WIM format?

My computer crush last Saturday.  I follow the steps HP told me to recover the computer.  I backup data in DVD and they are all in WIM format.  Most of the data is for work.  Please HELP!!!!!

Thanks.

Thanks Shenan.  But I am a computer dummy.  Can you give me a step by step or the exact download link?

Re the second part of your answer, is that mean I save all the DVD file in one place then download the hotfix?

    Thanks.

So, I think the first issue may be what you are looking for: imageX not Ximage.

You may need to copy all the individual DVD contents to a single directory someplace... Not sure on that one.  You probably will have to download and install WAIK.

    Might try this:

    KB2525084 Hotfix (ImageX 3.0)
